Mathematical model of the collective behavior, considering the previous states

The linear model of collective decision-making at its multistage discussion considering the previous states and external influences on decision-making by each person is offered. Based on the offered model formulas for calculation of acceptance probabilities at each stage of the discussed decision by each member of collective and mathematical expectation of decision-making at each stage are received. It is proposed a procedure to ensure the decision-making with a quite large number of steps.
