Mathematics is primarily a universal language. It is the language of symbols, subject to rigid and strict logical rules. It can be used to describe any phenomena and events. The mathematical language of mechanics and physical phenomena became familiar. In the present century on it increasingly talking to biologists and physicians. Such a model is generalized and universal. It is more abstract than models that arise in specific natural Sciences. The same equation describes the decay of radioactive substances and the reproduction of bacteria. One and the same mathematical construction allows to describe both logical judgments, and behavior of contact schemes. When creating a mathematical model, we are maximally distracted from the specific details of the simulated phenomenon. From the generality of the mathematical models and the second feature is derived: the ability of accurate and rigorous study of such models. The most common models are the simplest (the more specific parts are discarded, the less complexity of the model) and therefore allow for a strictly mathematical study. In this paper, a mathematical model of the shape of a cosine emitter is proposed, which, due to its universality, is suitable for profile pipes and their adapters. The example of calculation of this model in Mathcad mathematical package is shown.
