Mathematical model of traffic with "heavy-tailed" distributions based queueing H 2/M/1

The article presents an analysis heavy-tailed distributions and obtained a decision on the average waiting time for queuing system H2/M/1. Together with the author's program to re-store the time -tion characteristics of the distribution of intervals between bursts of incoming traffic, this method allows to calculate the characteristics of the incoming traffic queuing theory methods.
