The paper considers a set of mathematical methods and algorithms that, based on the methodology of regional programming, were developed to solve a number of problems of regional design. These are the tasks of transportation and distribution of petroleum products, constructing optimal tree networks, placement taking into account communications, tracing communications on a heterogeneous territory. A brief description of the relevant software systems is provided.
