Mathematical models of functional parameters drift in electronic devices in conditions of complex effect of environment disturbing factors are developed. It is offered to characterize individual functional pa-rameter by set of characteristic indexes {B, W0, qi} of drift functional parameters kinetic model in elec-tronic devices. The method of definition the characteristic indexes of physical and mathematical model of functional parameters drift and optimization of accelerated tests conditions is developed.
