In this paper consideration is given to mathematical models of calculation of potential productivity of crops, based on the correlation between the level of crop yield and agrochemical indicators of soil fertility. The mathematical model for determining crop productivity is based on such indicators as characteristics of soil humus, main sources of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium supply in soil. Forecasting crop yields by acidity is carried out by the maximum values of crop yields and soil acidity (from the data of agrochemical survey). The developed mathematical models constitute the basis for a software suit for forecasting crop yields. This development enables a user to forecast crop yields without application of fertilizers; in case of applying only organic fertilizers; applying only mineral fertilizers; applying organic and mineral fertilizers. The program can be successfully applied at agricultural enterprises of Central, Central Black Earth, Northwestern, Volga, Volga-Vyatka and Ural economic regions of the Russian Federation as a universal tool for an agronomist to plan future yields of the cultivated crops.
