The problem of mineral nutrition of medicinal plants in order to obtain high yields remains a key at the moment. At the Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Soil OmGAU them. PA Stolypin developing new physiological and biochemical diagnosis and direction of mineral nutrition of crops, including medicines. This direction is referred to as system “ISPROD” and developed under the guidance of a reputable scientist in Russia and abroad, Professor Yuri Ivanovich Yermokhina. The system is based on the establishment of mathematical models of correlation connection type in the soil - fertilizer - plant. In our case study shows the experimental dependence of the total biomass yield Leonurus cardiaca on the content of nitrate nitrogen and available phosphorus in the soil layer 0-30 cm. Using mathematical models of communication, we leave to optimal levels in the soil for years of life and the use of culture.
