The technique of the choice and reasons for mathematical and the software for creation and implementation of system model of the researched subject domain (SD), taking into account its development is offered. The scheme of implementation of an external contour of quality management is offered. As an example two subject domains, productive activity of the entity and educational activities of higher education institution are researched. System models of specified SD are based on project (process) approach and mathematical methods of the theory of sets and categories. The cross-platform information technology which is based on software of modeling of SADT (BPwin, ERwin), Web technologies (Java, Php) BPMN (Runa), Moodle (Html-editor), etc. which realize interactive scenarios in the automated mode is offered for implementation of this model. The description of implementation of standard business process in stated above progammes is given as an example.
