A mathematical model of the process of heating and cooling of the thin film of the polymer under cyclic applied to the surface of the vacuum ion-plasma nanostructured coatings. Conditions are obtained and recommendations stabilize temperature cycle deposition to products placed on the rotating technological devices in a vacuum chamber. The results of the work are used for the development of flexible thin-film technology for electric heaters with nanostructure resistive layer for active thermal control systems on-board equipment of spacecraft.
