Results of researches the process of soaking and extraction the soluble substances from corn grain in the conditions of industrial production are presented. The mathematical description of a mass transfer of soluble components from a solid body in liquid in the course of soaking of corn grain is developed. Results of calculation the process of soaking and extraction of soluble substances from corn grain are presented.
