Heat and mass transfer processes in the two-phase thermo control circuits with capillary pump are considered. Two-dimensional unsteady mathematical model of the hydrodynamic and thermo physics phenomena in the two-phase flow moved in porous media of the capillary pump is based on the numerical solution heat conduction and filtration equations. Temperature, pressure, velocity, liquid and vapors phase concentrations fields are simulation results.
