Mathematical simulation of X-ray diffraction on porous crystals. 1. Coherent scattering

In the framework of the statistical dynamical theory of X-ray diffraction on porous crystals the numerical simulation of the angular distribution of coherent scattering near the reciprocal lattice node was carried out. The features of the equal intensity contours formation, the vertical and lateral scans of the coherent scattering from porous films, multilayer structures and superlattices in reciprocal space were shown as a function of the static Debye-Waller factor and elastic strains.
