Mathematical simulation of X-ray diffraction on porous crystals. 2. Diffuse scattering

Бесплатный доступ

Based on the diffuse X-ray scattering theory in porous crystals numerical simulation of two-dimensional autocorrelation functions and reciprocal space maps was carried out. For the cylindrical shape model expressions for the static Debye-Waller factor, the intrinsic correlation function and the correlation volume were obtained. On the examples of cylindrical, spheroidal and parallelepipedic pores diversity of diffraction patterns as a function of porosity, pore size and spatial order was demonstrated.
