The article considers the labor organization main factors, affecting the rate of labor productivity of production workers. To assess the effect of each factor and all the factor system on labor productivity changes, the authors used the method of correlation and regression analysis. The priority directions of labor organization, allowing effectively manage the level of labor productivity of industrial enterprises workers are given in the article.
