Staff motivation in modern society is a very effective tool for business activity and its promotion in the economy. In this article, the material methods of personnel motivation are considered, the most frequent errors in the implementation of the system of material motivation of personnel in the organization are identified, as well as ways to reduce the risks and negative consequences associated with the use of the material motivation system.
