Material responsibility in the system of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise

The article is devoted to the study of material liability, which means the obligation of one of the parties to the employment contract to be responsible for the damage caused by it to the other party. Liability is considered in the system of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. The article identifies the threats to economic security in the case of an ill-conceived, formal organization of material liability that does not comply with the current legislation, while the principles of its organization are proposed, which make it possible to neutralize these threats and thereby contribute to strengthening the economic security of business.
