Material-legal aspects of administrative liability of business organizations

Some problematic issues of administrative liability of business organizations under the present-day Russian legislation are examined. In particular, psychological understanding of the collective's fault is analyzed along with the legal aspect of financial sanctions and their correlation with administrative penalties.
