Lack of an effective system of motivation of personnel at an enterprise leads to the fact that employees do not see the sense in achieving their goals and doing tasks and lose interest in the work. This situation invariably leads to a decrease in effectiveness of an organization. Therefore, it is so important to introduce a motivation system into the work process. It is customary to single out two groups of ways to stimulate personnel: nonmaterial and material. In this article we will consider in details the material methods of stimulating personnel.
