In the article the Neolithic complexes of the Petropavlovka-Ostrov are observed. (excavations of year 1969, 2 nd half of 1980s). The materials of Mariinsk early Neolithic culture and ceramics of local cultural-chronological type of Lower Amur Late Stone Age’ are firstly extracted, expounded and summarized. The common characteristics of the island “transient” sites of the wide cultural-chronological scale is given.
