In this article we will focus on one of the matrices of portfolio analysis proposed by I. Ansoff, which today remains one of the most common management tools, as well as the need to orient business and the market at the same time. The "product-market" model is given, in which four possible business growth strategies are identified. Thus, there are new opportunities for the growth of the organization through the production of a new product, related to the existing, or the development of new markets, related to the existing.
