Matrix of personal sociolization within social and cultural university context

The author defines and establishes the main ways of students socializing in the process of educational system modernization. The priorities of social and educational policy of higher educational institutes, the activities of youth socializing in the educational environment of the University are shown exemplified by the Volgograd State University.
