In the current historical conditions of uncertainty, the development of strategic analysis methods at the meso-level is becoming an urgent task in the formation of corporate strategies and selective industrial policies. The article is devoted to the development of matrixing as a modern method of structuring and modelling industrial markets. The study of the parametric set of characteristics of industrial markets has allowed us to identify the factors of market attractiveness and parameters of the company's behaviour on it. Matrixing of the stated parameters allows identifying 4 types of industrial markets: growing, high-growth, low-growth, stimulated. And the use of different parametric pairs of indicators allows describing the diversity of market forms, emphasising in accordance with the tasks set for the researcher.
