Mediation and conflictology: methodological and subject-meaningful differences

The article deals with the problem of instrumental support for conflictologist’s and mediator’s activities. The article opens different positions, considering the conflict in its objective content, which are difficult to agree with each other. The authors show instrumental possibilities of mediation, its basic restrictions. The article carries out a critical analysis of the federal law on mediation and reveals the substantial difference between the professional and amateur.
