Mediation as a solution to conflicts

This article is an attempt to reveal the main causes of psychological mediation as a solution to conflicts, disputes involving a third neutral not interested in the conflict. The article suggests conclusions how mediation helps people organize their relationship and come to a compromise unattainable before addressing a mediator.
