Mediation as a means of increasing the effectiveness of criminal influence on juvenile offenders

The article is devoted to the consideration of the institution of mediation, in criminal cases of crimes committed by minors, as well as the practice of applying this procedure in foreign countries. The author analyzed the norms of Russian criminal procedure law and developed the concept of introducing the institution of mediation into national legislation.
