Mediation in notarial activities

This article analyzes the role of notaries in the development of the peaceful settlement of disputes between the parties, through the use of mediation procedures. The prospect of this procedure is to reduce the burden on the courts, as well as to encourage the development of a peaceful settlement of conflicts in various spheres of the life of Russian society. Without exaggeration, notarization of a mediation agreement contributes to increasing the importance of notarial activity as a mechanism of preventive justice that meets the modern needs of society.
