Mediation in an educational institution: legal foundations, features of the content of the process and practical application

The article contains an analytical study of a teacher of additional education on the use of mediation in an educational institution. The most rational and practically applicable methods of solving conflict situations among students, parents and employees are considered. Examples of the use of various psychological techniques to prevent stressful situations in student and teaching teams are given separately.
