Medical activity as a criterion of professional responsibility: a criminal law approach

Medical activity attracts the views of various legal researchers. In particular, one of the issues under consideration is the issue of criminal liability of medical workers. A particular issue of this problem is the definition of the professional duties, as a qualifying sign of crimes, committed by health workers. In this topic is review of approaches and author’s own view are given.
