Medical rehabilitation of the invalids after fighting craniocerebral trauma

The article describes the problem of rehabilitation and social integration of more than 400 invalids who received craniocerebral trauma in the local military conflicts. Based on the main pathogenic and sanogenetic mechanisms, as well as individual personality on the injured, the article defines three main steps of the rehabilitation. Also there are data on neurorehabilitation components: restitution, regeneration and compensation. The study analyzed the catamnesis of the injured in a long term period after the injury (from five to ten years).
