Medical examination of the driver of a vehicle as one of the main elements of proving guilt: problems and solutions

The article examines the role of a medical examination for intoxication as a key element in proving the guilt of drivers who have committed administrative offenses or criminal offenses. The legal norms governing this process are analyzed and the main problems that arise in practice are identified. Special attention is paid to the procedure for sending for an examination, the procedure for conducting it and recording the results. Ways of solving the identified problems are proposed, as well as improving legislation and professional development of officials.
