Drug treatment of oral candidiasis

This article is devoted to the study of the etiology of oral candidiasis, its manifestations and medications used to treat this fungal disease. With reduced immunological resistance of the body, the growth of various microorganisms in the oral cavity contributes to an increase in the number of fungi of the genus Candida, which are normal representatives of the microflora of the human body and their better invasion with the further development of pathology. Treatment of candidiasis involves the use of not only antimyotics to eradicate the pathogen, but also antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, desensitizing agents, as well as vitamin complexes.
