Medical and social characteristics of young disabled people (aged 18-45 years) in Rostov region

In this article, we identified the main causes of disability among young people aged 18-45 years registered in the main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of Rostov region. We compared characteristics of the disabled population from different age groups. We also calculated accumulated disability rates and analyzed the causes and severity of disability. Our results will be used for the development of measures of medical and social rehabilitation of young disabled people.
