Medical and social aspects of the analysis of the problem of pregnancy and childbirth in older women who are primarially giving life in Kyrgyzstan

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the health status of older women who are becoming mothers for the first time and their newborns based on socio-hygienic and medical-demographic data. The results will allow us to compile a broader description of the health of these women, as well as to develop and implement scientifically based recommendations. They will be aimed at improving dynamic monitoring, preventive and curative care, as well as primary health care for primiparous women aged over 30 years. This study is designed to ensure more effective health management of this group of women and their children, which, in turn, can contribute to improving the outcomes for both mothers and their newborns. The presented material discusses the results of the study of medical and social aspects of primiparous women at an age considered critical. An analysis of cases of first pregnancies among the studied groups of women for the period from 2023 to 2024 in Osh (Kyrgyzstan) was conducted.
