Mechanism of budgetary financing for general education and quality of education

The article deals with the mechanism of budgetary financing for general education and the quality of education as topic problems of the country’s development at the current stage. The foreign experience of financial policy in the field of education is considered on the example of China. The article presents an analysis of statistical data on the number of graduates from teacher training institutions, on the salaries of teachers in the Republic of Buryatia. We also have cited the data on real wages of teachers in the region obtained during the monitoring of All-Russian People's Front. In conclusion, it is proposed to include the components improving the quali- ty of teaching in the mechanism for financing education.
