Financing mechanism for higher education in the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this article, budgetary and extrabudgetary forms of financing of higher education are considered. It is important that the development of the higher education system depends solely on sufficient financial support, which allows updating and increasing the intellectual potential of the educational institution, its scientific, material and methodological base. This paper considers the mechanism of financing higher education, and also analyzes the structure and dynamics of spending on higher education in the Russian Federation.
