The Mechanism of Formation and Development of Human Capital of Educational Institutions of Higher Education in the Context of Ecosystem Interaction

The focus on the capitalization of science, on the consistency of Russian higher education with the demands and needs of the real sector of the economy determines the relevance of the ecosystem interaction of universities with the external environment. The effectiveness of an educational organization depends directly on the quality of its scientific and pedagogical staff, namely, on the effectiveness of their human capital. This study provides an overview of scientific approaches to ecosystem cooperation, highlights the socioeconomic importance and creative role of universities’ human capital for the development of society. Models of the mechanism of interaction of the human capital of educational institutions of higher education in ecosystems are presented with an emphasis on the expediency of crossfunctional networkcentric connections in the ecosystem environment. The forms and subjects of ecosystem interaction, conditions for maximum capitalization of human capital are considered. The advantages of flexible selfmanaged teams are highlighted. The process of formation and development of human capital of educational institutions of higher education in the context of synergetic ecocooperation is proposed, the results of the influence of ecocooperation on the formation and development of human capital of educational institutions of higher education are formulated.
