The peculiarity of the development of the medical services system in Russia is that the approaches of command and administrative management are currently quite active in the field of organization and control of medical services against the background of existing trends in the development of entrepreneurship in this area. And if the power of administrative pressure, as a rule, has a high level of implementation of programmed decisions at the local health level, then inter-organizational interactions are rather weak. "Medical management" due to "corporate pride" and distrust does not actively develop inter-corporate interaction, and this in turn stops the development of the medical service system. Such processes adversely affect socio-economic development. In modern economic realities, an effective means of overcoming the difficulties associated with unbalancing the development of priority industries is the integration path of development of domestic enterprises, including in the medical services market. Such a vector of development can be implemented in the case of successful formation of inter-firm integration with the concomitant creation of stable economic ties and the results of mutually beneficial cooperation of medical organizations.
