The mechanism of sustainable development program formation for an oil and gas enterprise

The article lists the challenges arising when the strategy is implemented. The need for strategy formalization into a program of specific measures is emphasized. With this aim in view it is suggested to use a multi-criteria approach of optimization. The paper presents a fragment of approbation of the author's guidelines exemplified in the sustainable development program for an oil and gas production enterprise.
