Mechanism and dynamics of 25-thouthenders' recruitment for employment in Siberian countryside (November 1929 - January 1930)

Cadres' mobilization of industrial workers for taking part in collectivization of Siberian agriculture is considered in the article. The most attention is paid to dynamics and mechanism of recruiting 25-thouthenders for employment in Siberian countryside. The author makes a conclusion that political loyalty served as a principal criterion of the selection. The mobilization had voluntary-mandatory and in some cases forced nature.
