The mechanism of project engineering consolidated management in the technological development process of large economic entities

The article aims at identifying the main elements of the mechanism of project engineering consolidated management, taking into account the peculiarities of the technological development of large economic entities. A fuzzy nonlinear model of the innovation process is considered, resulting in a new author’s approach to the implementation of a set of engineering projects within the framework of the cloud technology of diffusion of innovations in the modern information environment. A chronological model of an engineering project has been built, taking into account the availability of technological solutions and the transition of certain types of economic activity to the Internet of things and artificial intelligence. The requirements for the use of a program-target approach in the selecting the composition of engineering projects are described. The main elements of their interference system for large economic entities have been formed. The components of the mechanism for the consolidated management of project engineering have been developed, taking into account the peculiarities of the innovation activity of large economic entities. A procedure for eliminating the problems of the spread of indirect effects as a result of the implementation of engineering projects in the conditions of information transparency and profound technological diffusion of ideas is proposed.
