The mechanism of motivation and stimulation of labor activity

In the article some methodical and practical aspects of motivation and stimulation of labor activity are considered. The mechanism of personnel motivation is presented, its main stages and their content are shown. The classification of labor incentives is given. The interrelation of types of motivation, forms of stimulation and methods of personnel management is shown. Methods for estimating motivation depending on the level of manifestation are suggested.
