Mechanism of labor motivation in the enterprise

The article considers the role of the mechanism of motivation of labor activity in the organization. The author describes the main processes and stages of the formation of the mechanism of motivation of work. It is concluded that the development of the mechanism of motivation and stimulation of labor is one of the key factors for increasing the productivity and effectiveness of the organization.
