Mechanism of scientific and industrial cooperation in the innovative sector of the economy

The problem of the existing gap between scientific organizations and business is considered one of the main problems in the innovative sector of the Russian economy. The imperfection of transfer mechanisms and the problems of interaction between academic (research) institutions and commercial structures hinder the effective introduction of innovations into the real sector of the economy. As a result, a large volume of innovative developments remains only at the stage of scientific research and does not find subsequent practical application in the business environment, which is the main reason for the missed opportunities arising within the framework of the course aimed at the development of new technologies (products). The article proposes an organizational and economic mechanism of scientific and industrial interaction in the innovative sector of the economy, which is a complexly organized set of interrelated factors, business processes and economic relations aimed at fulfilling the task of effectively transferring the results of scientific research from the donor organization to the recipient of innovation, followed by the introduction of innovations into production activities. Innovation donors are represented by research institutes and laboratories, universities and other educational institutions, design organizations, pilot plants, government research structures, engineering and other organizations, including scientific social networks as an effective way to interact researchers from various scientific communities. The recipients of innovations are represented by companies in various industries, from small businesses to large corporations, using innovative products and services in their activities to achieve strategic business goals and improve performance indicators. Various organizations that act as intermediaries in the transfer of innovative products and their successful application in practice are responsible for the process of innovation transfer, including technology parks and incubators, technology brokers, technology transfer centers, innovation agencies, technology transfer offices of universities.
