The article describes the mechanism of compulsion to conclude a contract, providing for the objectively necessary establishment of the limits of freedom of contract which is not absolute, despite its fundamental nature. The objectively necessary establishment of such limits is connected with ensuring harmony in civil turnover by preventing abuse of rights. At the same time, the mechanism of compulsion to conclude a contract itself has the potential to transform into an abuse of rights.
