TSports games are characterized by mostly fast and jerky movements, abrupt braking and stops a lot of jumping. All of this places a heavy load on the lower limbs of athletes and knee joints in particular.Leading sports traumatologists, both European and us unanimously put the lesions of the knee in sports games for leadership positions. According to Eriksson’s opinion and observation (Sweden) football and skiing are the most traumatic for the COP. The percentage of injuries of the knee joint in studies of soccer players ranged from 12% to 30% (Nilson, Roas - 14%, Sulivan et al.Was 12%, Ekstzand, - 20%, Albert- 18 %, Mironova Z.
