Legal regulation mechanism as a basis for forming sectoral and special regulatory mechanisms in law

This article is devoted to the study of the possibility of considering the mechanism of legal regulation as the basis for the formation of sectoral and special regulatory mechanisms in law. The article analyzes the influence of the provisions developed by theoretical and legal science regarding the mechanism of legal regulation on the formation of key theoretical characteristics of the mechanism of constitutional regulation and the mechanism for implementing constitutional values in state programs of the Russian Federation as examples of sectoral and special mechanisms in law, respectively. The methodological basis of the study was a set of scientific methods such as: dialectical-materialistic method, methods of analysis and synthesis, inductive and deductive methods, methods of extrapolation and comparison, structural-functional and formal legal methods, methods of analysis of various literary and normative sources and interpretation of law. The scientific basis of the study was made by the works of outstanding scientists in the field of the theory of law: S. S. Alekseeva, A. V. Malko, N. I. Matuzova and others. In the conclusion of the research, a wellgrounded conclusion was made about the possibility and necessity of forming sectoral and special regulatory mechanisms in law on the base of the characteristics of the mechanism of legal regulation developed and recognized by the scientific community as a theoretical basis.
