The mechanism of genital prolapse development after hysterectomy in Uzbek women

This article is devoted to topical problems of gynecology, such as genital prolapse after hysterectomy. 121 women aged 26 to 64 were examined. During the study, these women were divided into 2 groups: the main group of 91 women with HPPGE, and the control group of 30 healthy women without genital prolapse. According to the results of a molecular genetic study, the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-17 plays an important role in the development of genital prolapse in Uzbek women.
