The mechanism for the implementation of judicial discretion

This study examines the doctrinal concepts of judicial discretion of the authors of criminal procedure science. The article also presents a study on the mechanism of the implementation of judicial discretion, based on the allocation of concepts such as judicial discretion and the conviction of a judge, taken as a basis in the search for the answer of this article. An example of the application of judicial discretion in criminal proceedings is given, as which a preventive measure was taken - detention.
