Mechanism for improving the organizational structure of enterprise management

The article defines the mechanism for improving the organizational structure of enterprise management (OCS), which has its own structure. Its specificity lies in the fact that its elements are equally important and are not among themselves in hierarchical submission. All of them are on the same line, complementing each other and ensuring the stability of the mechanism. In the article, we consider a single level of improvement of the OSU - it is an enterprise that dictates the general type of the desired OSU, and individual functional units must accept it.
