The mechanism of strategic development of the territory as a part of the system-activity approach

The article carried out work on the analysis of the mechanism of the strategic development of the territory within the framework of the system-activity approach. The main structural elements of socio-economic development planning are identified. The main evaluation measures of the program approach have been studied in the framework of increasing the efficiency of using possible resources of the territory. The problem aspects in the application of the system of strategic planning of the socio-economic development of the territory are substantiated.
